Hi! My name is Lexi Torres, and this is my first year being part of Ka Mō’ī’. I am a senior and I got into Kamehameha when I was in the 7th grade. I found a love for writing in my sophomore year of high school during quarantine. It was a good way for me to express myself and write down all the thoughts I had during such tough times. After high school, I hope to go to college on the east coast and major in communication disorders. I think Ka Mō’ī is a good place for me to start learning about communications and how I can use these skills in the future. I look forward to providing my peers with important news stories and keeping them well-informed throughout the school year!
